AI Northeast Region Donates Concrete to Help Build the "Boston Hope" Hospital Project
Aggregate Industries in Boston is trying to help the fight against Covid-19. Through one of our customers, we donated concrete to help build the “Boston Hope” project.
Boston Hope is a 1000-bed hospital that serves post-acute COVID-19 patients and homeless patients with COVID-19. The 500,000 square foot Boston Convention was converted into the now-open Partners Health Care facility called Boston Hope.
Our customer needed 4000 PSI overnight to place a generator on Saturday morning, so QC Manager Mark Liebert got the right mix for the team and oversaw the pouring process from start to finish.
The project was a success, and our customer was extremely happy when we told them we wanted to donate the concrete to help.
