Chicago, IL, March 4, 2019 – LafargeHolcim today announced its second acquisition in 2019, with the purchase of Colorado River Concrete (CRC) in Fort Worth, Texas. Colorado River Concrete operates a ready-mix plant serving customers from southwestern Dallas/Fort Worth area into parts of West Texas.

Founded in 1987, Colorado River Concrete adds to the LafargeHolcim operations in the region, including Lattimore Materials in northern Dallas and Tarrant Concrete in Fort Worth, as well as cement manufacturing operations at the Holcim Midlothian cement plant in Midlothian, Texas.
