Kristin M. Beck leads the US Integrated Supply Chain & Logistics organization as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics. She is a member of the US Cement Executive Committee, reporting directly to the CEO. Ms. Beck sits on the Waterways Council Board; National Waterways Foundation Board; Truckers against Trafficking Advisory Committee & is an active member in multiple industry associations.
The US Integrated Supply Chain & Logistics organization is comprised of over 450 employees, 106 terminal distribution centers, North American order to cash operations, demand planning to fulfillment, customer service, & marine, rail & road logistics. An accomplished visionary strategic leader, Ms. Beck successfully implemented an organization wide transformation strategy resulting in best in class financial & safety performance, operational excellence & cutting edge digital innovation & solutions.
Ms. Beck previously served at Dow Chemical Company, as Director, North American Supply Chain & Logistics. While at Dow, she created and implemented a vast array of industry-wide ground breaking programs in the fields of safety, sustainability, human rights, service offerings and customer-centric experience.
Prior to her position at Dow, she held roles of increasing responsibility, in the fields of supply chain & logistics management, manufacturing, commercial, quality, engineering, purchasing, & environmental health safety & sustainability.
Ms. Beck received her Bachelor Degree in Industrial Science from Central Michigan University and is a certified Six-Sigma Green Belt. She holds certifications as QS/ ISO Quality Manager and Internal and External Auditor from the European Quality Association, as well as Apollo Root Cause Analysis from Effective Problem Solving, LLC.
